The LG&E Center will “pink out” October in support of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Now through the end of the month, pink lights will cap the top of the LG&E Center as a symbol of solidarity with other community and nationwide efforts.

According to the American Cancer Society, about one in eight women in the United States will develop invasive breast cancer during her lifetime. Further, one case of breast cancer is diagnosed every two minutes in the U.S.

Preventing and detecting breast cancer early will help save more lives.

We're proud to help bring additional awareness to this worthy cause.
