What is your favorite part of your job?
"The favorite part of my job is waiting on customers and doing what I can to enhance customer service."
"I do enjoy being able to assist customers with their IP’s (installment plan) when
they are unable to pay their bill to avoid being disconnected. I enjoy
doing research on their accounts when there is a problem to better help them
understand their bill. I also enjoy working closely with different
agencies in our area to assist our customers. I enjoy working with my
fellow employees in the different offices-being able to assist in any way that
I can."
What would you say to women looking to explore positions in the energy industry?
"To other women looking to
explore positions in the energy industry: Getting as much education
as possible is important. I also believe in hands-on experience."
Are there organizations or community activities you participate in outside of work?
"I don’t participate in any other
organizations or community activities outside of work with the exception of
attending church."
